1. Hire Duration

All studio bookings are subject to a minimum hire period of two (2) hours.

2. Cancellations & Changes

Bookings may not be cancelled or altered within forty-eight (48) hours of the scheduled start time.

Requests to cancel or reschedule made more than 48 hours in advance are subject to approval by Relapse Studio.

3. Fees & Payment

Payment in full is required at the time of booking. Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received.

4. Start Times & Access

Hire time begins at the confirmed booking start time, regardless of arrival. Clients are responsible for ensuring all attendees arrive on time and ready to commence.

5. Included Studio Facilities & Equipment

Studio hire includes access to the following, unless otherwise stated:

• Lighting equipment (two lights, stands, and softboxes)

• Cyclorama

• Paper backdrop system with three rolls

• Change room

• Hair and makeup station

• Communal kitchen area

Any additional equipment, setups, or special requirements must be arranged prior to the booking.

Additional props, furniture, backgrounds, or equipment not included in the original booking may incur extra fees.

All equipment provided by Relapse Studio must remain on-site at all times.

6. Surcharges & Extensions

Early morning or after-hours bookings may be available by arrangement and will incur a 10% surcharge plus GST.

Weekend bookings attract a 10% surcharge plus GST.

Extensions to hire time are subject to availability and approval by Relapse Studio. Approved extensions will be charged at the applicable rate and invoiced after the session.

7. Conduct & Compliance

Failure to comply with these terms, studio rules, or staff directions may result in additional charges, immediate termination of the booking, and/or refusal of future access.

8. Shared Areas

Use of shared spaces, including upstairs lounge and kitchen areas, is included with studio hire. These areas must be used considerately and kept available for others.

9. Cleaning & Damage

The studio must be returned to its original condition at the conclusion of the booking. A cleaning fee of $95 will apply if additional cleaning is required.

Clients are responsible for any damage caused to the studio, equipment, or facilities during their hire period.

10. Insurance & Liability

Relapse Studio maintains insurance for the premises against standard insurable risks. Clients are solely responsible for their own equipment, belongings, and personnel.

The client agrees to indemnify and hold Relapse Studio harmless from any loss, liability, or costs (including legal fees) arising from a breach of these terms or misuse of the studio.

11. Termination

Relapse Studio reserves the right to suspend or terminate any booking immediately if these terms are breached, with or without notice.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By completing a booking with Relapse Studio, the client confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all current and future bookings unless otherwise stated in writing.
